War Room, motivational insignia.

There was motivational insignia in the White House's War Room.
It was like `You do not need to be a bastard from hell to work here, but it helps'

Do anyone have the correct text?

P.s. Maybe it was in Hell on a cup... not sure...

    You get Sam to quote it by talking to Max.
