Maybe the Achievements being posted for E3&4 preclude this, but I think it would be awesome to have a flashback to right after Omid died. Maybe see if Christa or Clem put the bullet in his brain? Or am I stupid and he was head shot in the first place? Also, Luke is totally going to be the cavalry and at least attempt a rescue, right? RIGHT?

    Wirt's leg. That means 'word'. Wonder if he's doing any other voices though, or did he specify Luke? (Really though, Luke's GOING to reappear, else the choice of who to sit with was completely pointless.)

    Hm, true dat. He's GOT to reappear, at least long enough to get a sendoff. And since he seems familiar with Carver, he probably knows the best way to strategize and plan a rescue.
