Shit hold on, Give me a second. Ugliest I can think of at the moment are Brenda, Joyce (I think that's her name, the one mentioned above in Vernon's group), Jean (The one Nate kills), Rebecca, That baby in the 400 days Billboard (That's a girl right?), Katjaa. Dee and Sarita.
I wouldn't consider these next few to be ugly, just unattractive. Christa, Becca, Sarah, Brie (She could also pass off as Ugly, but I put her here instead because I liked the way she looked when she was getting her intestines ripped out), Michelle, and possibly Tavia.
That's all I can think of at the moment, but I'm sure there's more.
None of them are ugly in my opinion, to be honest. I actually thought Dee was pretty. In terms of who I personally find unattractive, well, besides the old people who are a given, I'd say Brenda St. John, though the cannibalism has a lot to do with it.
It's the apocalypse, you gotta give people a break. I'm sure women aren't too worried about their looks, or finding makeup and hairstyling products. It's a trivial thing when you may be fighting for your life every day.
