From this achievement icon for Episode 4... Carlos might... die?

I'm not for sure but the icon shows Sarah and the title isn't helping much. I also don't think it's the baby's death because you can see the baby in a later achievement.

    Good point. I think that'll really help Sarah's character move along just so it can be developed without Carlos always helping her and I for sure expect her to help Clem for once in one of the upcoming episodes, probably using a gun.
