Who else thinks 203 will be the most gruesome and intense episode yet

The screenshots of Carver beating up someone (hopefully not Clemmy) to a bloody pulp, considering the blood sprayed on him, and the ones of Clem and Sarah surrounded by walkers and looks like they'll be fighting all the way from evening to nighttime. This whole sequence can only end in tears

  • Episode 3 was where shit *really* hit the wind turbine last season, so I'd imagine yes. :3

    Most gruesome? Maybe.

Most intense episode of the entire series? No. Damn. Way.

You know why Season 1 Episode 3 was the worst? Because we were not expecting things to get *that* bad. Ever since that point, I expect people to die. If everyone gets wiped out I would not be surprised. I needed a day to recover from the emotional wammy that episode 3 was but after I managed to keep some detachment. Not even Lee dying effected me all that much. Even Omid dying in the first 10 minutes didn't hurt me remotely as badly. I mean, yea, that was hell of an unexpected thing to bring those two in only to get rid of them soon after but it didn't crush me like Episode 3 did.

I choked up a bit seeing Kenny, I'll admit it. I suspected he was alive, because my personal rule is if you don't see the body they are alive. Still, it was unexpected and it made me happy. My emotional guard is even a bit down around him, as opposed to the people of Clem's new group. That said, I know how this series works now and if they brought him back just to kill him next episode, in a horribly brutal fashion. I'll still be able to deal with it more easily then I did with Episode F***ING three. I am a survivor now.

The only thing that could hurt me anymore, really hurt, is if Clem died. If she dies though, I can't imagine myself buying another game from this series.
  • They're defiantly going to have some feels in this episode :3
  • It better be fucking gruesome, or at least brutal. I wouldn't consider anything so far in Telltale's TWD to be gruesome, maybe slightly brutal stuff (Like Lee's arm, Clem's stitches) but looking back on those, they seem a little weak now. I wanna see something really fucked up.
  • Ep.3: Shit gets worse. -Job Stauffer
  • This is probably the first episode where I'm literally fucking terrified for everyone in the game.
  • Don't know if the most gruesome. It certainly looks intense, tough.
  • Yeah I think so I mean the screenshots of ep 2 were luke and clem killing a few walkers... Compare that to this
  • Ep.5 PIZZA OR ICE CREAM!!!

Ep.3: Shit gets worse. -Job Stauffer

  • I think episode 3 will be quite dark and gritty. I suspect that we will see the darkest of human nature.

Is your body ready just like Reggie's?

Whatever it ends up being like, **my body is ready.**

  • I reckon that this will be the best episode ever next to 103. Plot-Twist Nate is working with Carver, and his role will be the 7 is a lucky number rule as Russel told him about. I'm worried Becca will have no problem killing someone if she's in this episode. Becca not having an issue killing someone will depend if you let the mexican guy live/die. If you let Roman kill the mexican guy Becca will have no issue killing Stephanie or someone. If you let him live then Becca will have second thoughts about killing something. She'll still feel pissed about Stephanie tho.
  • Yep but episode 3 was by far my favourite episode of season one as well.

Episode 3 was where shit *really* hit the wind turbine last season, so I'd imagine yes. :3
