What would you do in this situation

Let's say Carver has a daughter about 5 or 6 years old. Carver eventually kills Christa, Carlos, and other members of the group. Clementine uses the last of her ammunition to shoot Carver, only hitting him in the leg. She pulls out her hatchet, ready to avenge her fallen friends, when Carvers daughter comes running over begging you to let him live. She's only five or six. You don't even have any ammo, only a hatchet. Will you let Carver live so his innocent daughter doesn't need to see it?

    Yeah, probably.

    I think Clem would probably remember how horrified she was when she saw Larry get his head smashed in, and feel enough sympathy to not want another kid to have to feel that. Plus, I want to hold off on Clem getting blood on her hands for as long as possible.

    Yeah, I'd let him live. Not sure what I'd do if his daughter wasn't there, but I would let him live if she was. I'd be pretty screwed up if I saw someone kill my dad with a hatchet sooooo.... EDIT: I just remembered, this thread said he kills a bunch of our group members and I have officially made up my mind that I am sparing him no matter what if he kills any of my group members while we are there. I officially change my opinion.

    I would. He killed everyone. EVERYONE. He deserves to die, but I would spare his child and probably take care of her. It's for the best.

    I'd kill him. Carver is not a nice dude, and if he lives, then more likely than not he'll just continue hurting people. It might suck that his daughter would see it, but compared against the lives Carver would take if he were spared, I'm more than willing to have to deal with his daughter seeing that.

    If you're talking about that situation whilst inside Carver's community, then:

    When deciding his fate, I would be looking back and forth at Carver and his daughter, and then I'd reach out to Carver and help him up. Say that he's lucky to have a daughter like her, and then drop the hatchet and walk off.

    Sounds insane but you know, that's how I would have it go :)

    Oh god, if he had a daughter pleading like that I don't know if I could do it, at least there and then. Problem is if Clementine or the group hesitated Carver might just wind up pulling out a gun and shooting them...so, I guess I really wouldn't have a choice.

    No, I wouldn't kill him. I didn't kill any of the main antagonists (minus the stranger) from the last season.
