Season 1 choices- season 2

I Played season 1 on my Xbox 360, and want to get season 2 fro my Ps vita. What will happen to my choices from season 1?
I understand that they will not load into season 2, but what will happen? Will they be random? If they are random, will this make the game less enjoyable?
