GUYS IS EPISODE 3 OUT?

I just finished replaying episode two and in the menu it says "new content" and it say I can purchase it! Is it really out or.. Is it glitched?

    Word has it from other users that the prompt is just showing itself early while the download is not actually available yet.

    However, we do get "final release date information" tomorrow according to Telltale so there is that.
