On TWDG Wiki page she's labeled under girl and the photo makes out all her facial features. It's not Becca or Anna for sure, looks like a totally new person.

Just look up in harms way walking dead and it'll be the first result saying "In harms way - Walking Dead wiki" and under credits for episode 3 is one labeled girl and it's her.
