What was up with Molly in episode 4 of Season 1?

I still haven't figured out why she went cray cray on that walker. He appeared to be a doctor, but I don't know why she was so brutal while killing him.

    I think it was because that doctor refused to give Molly medicine for her sister. Idk something like that, I think.

    He was the doctor that made a deal with her to give her medicine for her sister but later canceled it and than Molly's sister got taken away. You see this if you watch the third tape.

    Because that walker was Logan. She had to have sex for medicine for her sister, because he sister was diabetic. Logan stopped giving her medicine and that's why she hated him.

    The doctor was giving Molly her sister's medication in secret in return for sex. Molly didn't like it when he suddenly stopped because he was about to be caught and her sister was probably killed because she was sick. Also you know she most likely didn't like the deal between her and the doc. So she took her anger out on the doc after he turned.
