Walking Dead Season 2 ep3 not downloading season pass on xbox

Basically I've had to get a new xbox as the dreaded red ring appeared for the second time on my console. However, it appears I can no longer download the latest episode of Walking Dead (and probably Wolf Among us) because it is not the same console I purchased it on. How can I sort this out as I'm not even able to download episode 3 individually on xbox live?

    We apologize for the confusion. The Walking Dead: Season 2 - Episode 3 is currently unavailable. Episode 3 will be released Wednesday, May 14th, for the Xbox 360.
