That shot of Sarah screaming while covered in Walker entrails suggests we're going to see a breakdown shortly.

    Looks like she will see/has seen the "real world" (cruel/horrible stuff, perhaps) or someone precious to her, dies (Carlos?). Either way I'm worried about her :c.

    Could be. To be honest, my first thought was that she just couldn't taken being slathered in human gore and walking through a horde of flesh-eating monsters who will eat her alive if they detect a living person beneath it all. That sort of thing takes getting used to.
