My Choices!

I had played Season One on PS3 and recently purchased Season 2 on my PC, but then decided I wanted my choices from Season One to impact Season Two so I downloaded Season One and played through it. Although when I went into Season Two after playing Season One and restarted from the beginning my choices weren't saved, and the My Choices icon on the home screen is locked. So my question is how do I get my choices from Season One into Season Two?
