bone episode 1 problems

i purchased bone: episode 1 last year, but was not able to activate it, due to a faulty internet connection. i now have a stable connection, so when i tried to activate the game again, i found i had forgotten my password. i reset my password, but did not delete my account. however, now it says that i never purchased the game! please help!
