how to check the '400 days' decisions?

hay guys,

i'd like to know, if there's a possibility to check, which decisions i made in the 400 days dlc and which characters went to tavia's camp as a result of this at the end.

    I know it's possible to check one major decision from each of the 5 chapters - as for who went to Tavia's camp, that is something I want to be able to check as well.
