"You don't need to see This.." Prediction
I'm surprised that not a whole lot of people striked up a discussion about this, since this part of the trailer, although short and most likely easy to skim over; carries a big burden of what might happen, the episode isn't to far off; so i'm just going to post what I think here:
This part will most likely focus around the Achievement - Rehabilitated: Gave what you got... Why I think that's the case is because you only see Rebecca three times in the entire trailer, and all those appearances seem pretty early in the Episode so I would have to guess she's in the process of delivering her baby for most of the episode, and since Carver obviously went out of his way to go find Rebecca and retrieve the group along with her, he will be catering to her and making sure she's safe while in labor, Carver really didn't need Clementine or the rest of the group; but he may view them as a valuable asset to the Community since the more people he has to defend Rebecca, the better; but the base will fall and Rebecca will be put at risk; prompting her to be put in a bind and needing someone to perform C-section on her, Kenny will step up to the plate and having no tools and Rebecca not being able to maintain herself much longer Kenny would have to use a crowbar while Clementine and whoever else is with them keep Rebecca comfortable, sadly she'll most likely die before or after the C-section and the baby may die aswell, which would fit in well with the description "Gave what you got."

i think clem and Kenny would already have delivers the baby and stuff.
but Rebecca dies so Kenny has the crow bar and is going to put her out so she doesn't turn.
the baby does live though (because of episode 4 achievements)
and i think gave what you got means "you got a life(baby) but you gave a life(Rebecca)"
