Unable to download new episodes

i just finished playing season 1 episode 1 on my tablet. Loved it, but now i am unable to download next episodes or purchase season passes. Running Android. My model of tablet is a Hisense Sero 7 Pro... Please help...

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Below are a few potential solutions:

    1) Make sure the App is updated to the most recent version

    2) Make sure your OS is updated to the most recent version

    3) Force stop the application, and then relaunch it

    4) Turn off your device for a few minutes, before attempting to launch The Walking Dead again.

    5) Delete the application from your device, and re-download it from the App Store (Please note that this will delete your save data)
