episode 3 not installing properly?

i get on steam and on the walking dead season 2 there the words "syncing" and and only go to 73% and while its going to 70% its going back and fourth from 15%,52% and others, whats the problem? i know when season 2 episode 2 came out we had to wait until 1pm until the episode synced properly and were able to play? need some answers becase this is driving me crazy.

    Episode 3 isn't out on Steam yet. You have to wait 3 more hours or buy it again in TTG store and download from there.
