*****'s return in Episode 4?

So at the end of Ep3, Sarah runs to her dead father leaving her current status unknown. Due to the leaked achievements for Ep4 I believe she will return. The achievement is called "A Heavy Burden" and features Sarah, with her back turned and kneeling. What do you guys think of this? Are we going to put out a walker Sarah? Do you there a slim chance she survived, maybe If you taught her how to use a gun?

    She will be back but i'm not sure in what state. I doubt she will be a walker but will she get bitten? Will she go crazy? Will Clem have to execute her Lizzie style? I'm getting bad vibes though the "Best Friend Forevers" thing is starting to make me feel uneasy about the whole situation. It will really be a heartbreaker I think.

    I'm suspicious about how she'll recover from everything that's happened because she just might use the things Clem taught her against others because neither Carlos nor Clem could protect her in the worst situation she's ever been in. What if she ends up having to look after Rebecca's baby for some reason? I happened to tell her that she can control pain, so that might not end so well...
