Saves gone?

Anybody else have a problem with all their choices from the first 2 episodes gone? I have no saves apparently. Was on the steam forums and a few on there have the same issue.

    Lost mine as well,, season 1 and Wolf Among Us saves are still there.

    Saves from episode 1 was there when i played episode 2 and no OS reinstall between(though steam should resync).
