    I think Sarah will be immune to the infection . iF she gets bitten , she will cease to function.That would cause the infection to think that she's already a brain dead zombie.So she wont turn all the way into a walker , but she will become a hybrid. a "DayWalker" , with all the combined powers of human and Zombie!

    Could be honestly the title "In Harm's Way" is obviously referring to Sarah so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch.
