  • Yep, this was too early.

But at least his death was brutal.
  • Yes. It wasn't too cliche though, I'll give 'em that.
  • Getting rid of him now means that we can have better stuff in Eps 4 and 5. Good riddance.
  • He was one of my favorites, RIP William Carver =(
  • I agree. Also; did anybody think that Kenny killing Carver was pretty cool, especially with his eye injury which made him look like the Governor in a way.

  • If I'm honest, I was disappointed as to how they handled Carver, as a character. I don't know.... his actions seemed forced so that the player will hate him.

I mean, I can't be the only one who wished he would've had at least an interesting backstory or some redeeming qualities.
  • You're not. In fact, I just made a whole new thread about that. Carver's was a wasted potential if there ever was one.

  • I think it was too early, I really liked him as a villain. His death was brutal though, Kenny beat the hell out of him
  • His death was brutal, but i'm curious. Why didn't try defend himself. He gave up too easy. I count on a hard fight with Carver.
  • I personally don't think that killing off Carver was a bad idea. There's been a a re-occurring discussion whenever Carver talks about Clementine, and that she is a wolf and most of the group are sheep. By killing off Carver the focus can now shift to Clementine and how she's going to handle things for the next two remaining episodes. Even the preview for Episode 4 had Jane telling Clementine that she shouldn't let them drag her down. This hints that Clem will either be the savior or destroyer of the group.
