Impossible to install Jurassic Park

Hello !

I have just bought Jurassic Park and I have downloaded the game. But when I try to open the .rar archive, it doesn't work and I get an error message from winrar sayning that the archive is corrupted. I tried to download the game again with other web browsers with no results.
Can someone help me ?

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you are on PC or Mac? Also, whether or not you have any anti-virus or internet firewall programs open and running that may be blocking you from successfully downloading the full .rar file?

    Please disable Avast!, and then download the installer again, and you should then be able to install the game successfully.

    OK, I disabled Avast! and managed to download the game successfully. Then I installed it but the directx installation failed, and when I run the game, I'm stuck on the first page with the name of the game, a news feed at the bottom, and "loading..." at the upper right corner. What can I do next ?

    If the Direct X installation failed, you can try installing and running the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer to make sure Direct X is auto updated to the latest version, and you should then be able to start the game.You can find it here:

    OK I managed to play. 5 days after having bought it, that's not really good. A hotline would be useful !
