release question about episode 3

Does any one know what time exactly the other versions have been released so far?
By that i mean, I carry the i OS version so, it's due to be released on the 15th, tomorrow. my question is what time did the steam/PC version that came out on the 13th? What time did it drop for purchase. Was it at midnight or mid-day the next afternoon?

    Depends on where you live, it was 5:50 PM here in the UK, which is weird because it was supposed to be 6 PM, and it was late for Episode 2.
