Another time skip?
By the looks of the episode 4 preview there still in Virginia. And Wellignton is in Michigan. I always imagined that episode 5 would be Wellington's false hope of it being a sanctuary, but than again we shouldn't really believe what exactly happens in these photos. It also looks like it's winter there because of all the snow.
