This has been said before, but how strong is Clem?

The scene in the controlroom, turning on the external speakers...

How is it that Clem can move that drawer(don't know the exact word for it, but the thing she blocks the door with), and they can't even fucking push it aside with the door?

    Also, what about that blind Tavia? She didn't see Clem steal the radios or on the roof. She was right in front of her several times.
