"Good One, Lee" (SPOILERS)

edited May 2014 in The Walking Dead
Kenny: "There was that girl at Crawford who rang the bells! We just need something really loud to attract them!"

Kenny: I was thinking about Duck the other day..."

---

Clem: "Lee put walker blood on us. It's how we got out of the Marsh House and walked through the herd."

Kenny: "Holy shit. Good one Lee"

Anyone else love all the Season 1 references in this episode? I certainly did. Some of the characters also reminded of Season 1 characters, like Jane and Molly and Kenny's interactions with Mike reminded me of Him and Lee. I'm also quite sure some season 1 music was played in this episode, or something similar.

  • Kenny: "Holy shit. Good one Lee"

That part almost got me. :(
  • The nostalgia was real this episode.
  • I have a stupid fucking grin on my face everytime Lee is mentioned, i absolutely love it, it shows that Lee is alive as long as he is not forgotten.

Yes. I reference season 1 as often as possible, especially Lee. Once I see his name in a dialogue option I smack that button and smile. I love that we can give him credit for all the things nobody else knew about.
  • Summed up my thoughts perfectly. Lee lives on

Clem mentioned Molly in my playthough, instead of Kenny. I told the group that Kenny's idea to attract the herd is the right thing to do and Clem told them that Molly used the belltowers to attract the Walkers! (Nostalgia overload!)
  • Not gonna lie, I was tearing up when he mentioned Duck..I felt so bad for him. I loved all the Lee references, I hope we get more in the next episode!
