Characters You Hated That You Now Love? (And Visa-versa)
Are there any characters that you used to hate/like, but after episode three feel the complete opposite way?
Like > Hate
Tavia - Because we PLAYED as her, I thought Tavia would be a good person. Then it turns out she's with Carver. AND a stickler about everything!
Troy - I didn't necessarily "like" Troy. I was neutral. But throughout Episode Three, Troy proved to be irrationally HORRIBLE.
Hate (Dislike) > Love
Kenny - I had to agree that Kenny was also irrational at many times and a firecracker. But after Episode 3, he proved to be a hero that just kept on trucking.
Alvin - I didn't know much about Alvin. Not much at least. And I still don't know much. But MAN, was he an awesome hero.

His plan ended up costing Kenny an eye. Sure, it wasn't really his fault, but he done goofed, that's for sure.
Carver

He went from a morally gray character to Hitler over the course of 5 seconds.
Not to mention he gave no shits that Nick died, if he did. Like, damn son... That's cold. Nick was like his #1 fanboy and friend for 20 years.
I've also come to trust Bonnie. I disliked her a lot because of EP2, but she turned out to be a nice girl after all.
BUT, I did used to kind of hate Sarah (not really, but she got on my nerves a lot), but now I like her. She's sort of like that puppy who pees on your carpet one too many times but they're just so cute that you just can't bring yourself to get mad at them.
Nick-His speech after I saved him by the river was epic. He confessed about not being able to carry on like his friends did feels, and it was hard to admit to your mistakes.
Bonnie-Though she may be easily manipulated, she has a kind heart and a braver side of her was shown in helping the group escape.
Carlos-He went out like a man. He was cold at first, but helped Clem a lot through out the story. Too bad he died so early protecting Sarah.
1) Carver in the way that I thought he was an interesting character, in Episode 2 at least. In Episode 3 I was a bit disappointed by his characterization. I thought he was calculating, and yet in 203 he came across as being so quick to anger over petty slights and incompetence. I half expected him to start twirling his mustache a couple of times.
2) I thought Tavia might be a good guy, but nope. I kinda saw it coming though, I still wonder if she was lying to the 400 Days group or if she actually thinks the camp is so great herself. She's a stickler as you said, and she annoyed me the few short times she was onscreen.
3) Troy. All those theories of him opposing Carver's brutality or being some sort of spy inside of the camp instantly fell apart once the trailer was released. He was such a dick, I would've preferred it if he was characterized as some sort of taciturn yet predator-like right hand man to Carver, instead of just a straight-up asshole who liked to yell. Some of his lines were pretty funny though. "What the FUCK is going on here?!" was hilarious, considering he has no idea about the walker guts tactic.
Despite how much I disliked Troy, I have to admit Owen Thomas did a really good job as his VA.

1) Rebecca became so much more developed as a character. I love how she's got a warm and protective side, but she can also be cold as ice and harsh towards people she dislikes. She watched Kenny bash Carver's face without even flinching.
2) Disregarding the shed ordeal, I really think Carlos is an intelligent guy, maybe even on Carver's level. He can be strategic, and is a great leader. I really hope Kenny took his advice about the consequences of being reckless to heart, though he probably didn't seeing as it's Kenny we're talking about here. I also had to look up what capitulate meant... never heard that word before in conversation. "It's probably for the best" made me laugh.
