What if ____ hadn't intervened?

What do you think would have happened if Bonnie didn't intervene in time? Would Kenny have been killed by Carver or would Carver just leave him even more injured than he was already?

    I think Carver would have killed him. He even said he was coming back to finish what he was doing, or something similar.

    If Carver killed Reggie just because he'd screwed up a few times, imagine what he would do to Kenny after he found out he'd committed larceny?
    I'm pretty sure Carver would have killed Kenny.
