What did Carver say to Sarah?

After the scene where Carver pushes Reggie over the roof, he orders Clem back into the building. In the background, you can see Carver putting his hand over Sarah's shoulder just as Clem leaves.

Sarah might have been indirectly responsible for Reggie's death, even though Carver was probably waiting for the weakest excuse to execute him. What do you think Carver said to Sarah?

  • Probably something like he said to Clem later like "I liked Reggie, but he put us in risk with his incompetence blah blah blah". I guess to not let Sarah 'Cease to function'
  • I was wondering about that too. I got the impression he found her to be weak, and we know how much Carver dislikes weakness, so I was a bit surprised he'd be, ahem, "comforting" her (I use that term loosely) like that.

I guess he was telling her why he killed Reggie or giving her a warning of some sort.
  • He was giving her an explanation, gently warning her that incompetence is unacceptable.
  • Probably calming her down...

    In his special way.
  • Haha I love whenever someone incorporates CEASE TO FUNCTION in their comment. You get an automatic thumbs up!

  • But he (Carver) could've been talking to Sarah about the importance of being quiet when he is talking to the group (so that he doesn't have to order Carlos or Troy to slap her again) and doing her "chores" when she is directed to by whoever is assigned to her
  • He tried to learn Spanish.
