You know, this theme when Kenny apparently died back in Season 1.

    You have a point :) but I seriously doubt they would mix foreshadowing kenny's return with what had happened there maybe if it was another scene though you could say it was because matthew's relationship with kenny

    That's the exact same theme for when he's saving Christa IIRC.

    Christa was pregnant and surrounded by walkers.
    Rebecca is pregnant and surrounded by walkers (albeit, with a few more people at her side).

    There seem to be a couple of parallels to the Christa scene in Episode 5 in that scene. If they were intentional, then things aren't looking good for Ol' Kenny.
