Episode 3 slide didn't relate to the actual episode...

Please correct me if i'm wrong but the slide didn't really relate to the episode.
We all fell for the 'OMG she's gonna give birth' !
But that obviously didn't happen...

EDIT: I know that most slides are inaccurate in some way but the events still do happen. For example, most of the season 1 slides were slightly inaccurate in some way. But they still happened. My point is... this slide didn't happen at all. I guess we can assume it happened off screen?

    They never do normally, when did we see Troy and Johnny in a field with binoculars? Its just a quick little flash of what they assume the episode will be about.

    Also I think the shot of Rebecca was meant to be a fake out

    Duh, the slides are almost never accurate. And yet people keep overanalyzing them trying to figure out what will happen next.

    it kind of did is 1 way. there were transparent bars, indicating they were trapped. and in the episode they were trapped.

    But that could have happened off-screen you know. We never got Clem touching Rebecca's stomach. They also changed the background from what looked like to be a cell. I'm wondering if we'll even get that ritual thingy in episode 4.

    Yeah, it's kind of a staple for Telltale to make the Trailer and Slide a bit different, It's happened with nearly every episode so far.

    Yes, but Episode 1 and 2 slides both had something to do with their episode. Episode 3 didn't. It was implying that Rebecca was in labor. But lets remember that these preview images were made BEFORE they changed writers. So its possible that Episode 3 was intended to have rebecca have her baby, but the new writer didn't write it in.

    It was simply implying that the train would be moving, and that the sewers would be explored.

    mayber the slide wast supposed to mea Rebecca going into labor. but that clem is trying to protect Rebecca and her baby from carver because he wants it so bad. and remember he said hed put a bullet in the baby before they leave?

    and the transparent bars mean they are trapped, and they were trapped.
