Was something from the EP. 3 trailer missing in EP. 3?

In the trailer at the end it showed Carver putting his arm around Clem. Was this removed because the only time they were by a ledge to hug was when Reggie died, and they surely wouldn't hug then.

    heh, kenny beaten with a gun and those blocks in background... it's like the reverse of what they did with ET, turning guns into walkie talkies... wish the damn next time stuff was actually reliable. most of it gets changed or removed, so it's basically useless.
