Problem to change safe file and rewind episodes

I have played the three episodes of season 2 but I can´t replay them because I can´t change the safe file of the season 2, when I´m going to rewind one chapter of one episode appear a message that says "to rewind this chapter please choose a safe file to copy the data" then I press Ok and then appear me the 4 safe file to copy but the screen is locked and I can´t copy the safe file and I can´t going back because the game is locked.So actually I can´t play the season 2 because and I can´t replay the episodes

Please if you know a solution I´ll be thankful
