Ep 4. preview: *****'s eye to have gangrene set in or some kind of infection?

In episode 4 after Clem takes off Kenny's eye bandage he asks "So, how's look? Am I still going to be pretty when this heals?".

How bad do you think his eye will look?

Think we'll have to find some serious meds for Kenny's eye?

    He'll be fine. I'm sure he's still quite the looker, It could be worse, his mullet could of been cut off

    Probably he doesn't even has an eye.
    But the trailer's are confusing and you shouldn't trust them 100% because, everytime they change alot.

    If Kenny dies he should shave off his mustache. And say "here duck now this belongs to you" fading into sleep passing the family stache' over to clem.

    I'm starting not to trust Telltale "Next time on..." previews. They usually are never consistent.

    S1EP4 we had to find meds for Omid's leg, now in S2EP4 we could find meds for Kenny's eye?

    On topic, I don't think its infected. Probably sore and hurts like hell, but not infected.

    I don't care how fucking nasty and disgusting his eye-hole is, I will stare at it and clean it every day until Kenny is back to health. That man took a goddamned beating expecting to die for Clem, I will attack an entire community in order to get him med if I have to.
