Question about Walter

In the previously on the walking dead clip, it shows walter talking some smack to carver right before he kills him, but in my game that never happend, do you have to make some choices for that to happen?

    It never happens. It was still funny hearing him calling Carver a fucker and telling him to go to hell lol
