Kenny might be a good right-hand, but he's too mentally unstable to be leading anybody around. I mean after his tantrums and "ARE YOU WITH ME OR AGAINST ME?!" I could easily have seen Kenny becoming even more brutal than Carver if he was ever put into such a situation as leading a proper group.
