Problems with playing Telltale games on Windows 8

I bought several Telltale games when using a Windows XP 32 bit computer. Now I wish to play again on W8 64 bit but encounter lots of problems.Any suggestions? Thanks .

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify which games you are experiencing an issue with, and what the issue you are experiencing is?

    Apology accepted :-). To start with Wallace&Gromit adventures:after installing first episode and clicking it"s icon I get a window asking for a serial number and a button send query. Where can I find number?
