What we know about Carver's camp...
I don't know if a thread like this already exist, but I was hoping this thread could be used to piece together info about Carver's camp based off of dialog from the game. Here is what I could scoop up so far:
1) The camp was peaceful at the time the 400 days group was recruited.
2) Luke had to have had some kind of high rank within Carver's camp or a closeness and a high level of respect from Carver. Bonnie said that he and Carver "butted heads" on how the camp should be run, so I would assume that they were working together in some leadership fashion in regards to the camp's direction in order to butt heads.
3) The cabin group's escape wasn't the first time an escape attempt happened. There was at least one other time before with the guy George who Alvin killed. I would love to discover why they didn't go with him when he left.
4) The cabin group was supposed to be a lot bigger than what it was. This could be a sign of the lack of faith of Carver's leadership within the camp. Maybe this will be explored in the last two episodes.
5) Considering that George was shot by Alvin while he was escaping, Alvin may have been one of the guards.
6) The cabin group was pretty far away from Carver's camp when we met them. When they stopped to let Sarah pee, they were ~30 minutes way. This is considering we don't know which was closer: the cabin or the ski lodge?
A lot of people in the forums tend to be better at piecing together information than I am (plus, I tend to over analyze things). Let's see what we can piece together.

I also think Roman's group is supposed to serve a kind of a foil to Carver's depending on if you let the guy who stole the food live. If you do, you see the consequences of that (getting that other guy killed) and maybe can understand why Carver doesn't want people just up and leaving (besides him being a maniac).
