I hope Clem never makes it into the comics

    Clem looks really tall.

    Or Lee looks really short.
  • Now to get that guy who did the volume 1 art in the comics to do Lee and Clem...oh god they'll look so weird
  • Nicely done art but like you said I don't want Lee and Clementine appear in the comics. It could be weird. Tbh I doubt that it'll ever happen.
  • I liked the older artist :(

  • OMFG! I love Charlie's work, easily the best comics artist there is. I would love if he could do an "issue" from the game.

Yeah, I didn't like his style, Charlie is a god.

    Just look at this! www.thewalkingdead.com/new-cover-the-walking-dead-130/

  • Wow that looks real nice. It's good to see someone actually cares about these characters. I'm not gonna complain about that writing. Hell even I can't draw that good. One question; Why in this picture Lee looks so much older? I know he's 37 years old but in Telltale's Lee, he looks physically strong, looks younger.
  • my gosh this guy is talented!
  • It's a good picture and all, but I hope the comics and the game never mix.

No! terrible! nice drawing from a technical sense but in terms of the characters not even close

Lee looks like the bug character from Men in black to me in that drawing
  • That's awesome though

  • I can understand people not wanting Clem or Lee or anyone else from the games in the comic but how would a comic adaption of the game's story be?
  • I don't know. For example they could create a comic with the story during 16 months timeskip that we experienced in episode 1.

  • Same. His characters looked more cartoony to me, but on the flipside of that coin, they had better facial definition for me. I mean, I like Adlard's style too, but for example, his Dale and Herschel looked far too similar to me.

I liked the older artist :(

  • I dunno, am I the only one who'd think it would be kind of cool to have book/graphic novel extending on the Telltale universe? There's a lot of characters I want to know more about. It would be cool to have a compilation of vignettes about different people. Stories that explore Lilly's fate, how Christa and Omid survived in the beginning, who Nate's friend was and why Eddie shot him, what Crawford was like, something happening in the 16 month time spawn when Christa and Clem were surviving together. Stuff like that, just filling in gaps and letting us learn more about characters.
  • I think a large part of that is not wanting to see one single canon Lee or Clem. As long as they don't appear in the comics, then everyone's Lee and Clem, no matter how you play them, is as canon as anyone else's. Might not be the case if they appeared.

Either that, or some people don't want to put Clem at Kirkman's mercy (or lack thereof). Consider all the trauma children in his comic have already endured (or not :P).

  • I think that would be cool too. They can just avoid player-controlled characters & it would fit in perfectly, we could find out more about all the characters we love/hate, I would love to see something like that.

  • That would be really awesome. Something to fill in those gaps would really add some more dimension to the game,
