When was the last time Clem saw Kenny in season 1 before they were reunited in season 2?

    Probably when they just got back from Crawford, and were checking on Omid.

    She either runs upstairs angrily after that or just goes upstairs, where Lee shows up and they both doze off before Clem runs off.
