Fate of Rebecca's baby?

Without proper medical care, I don't see how Rebecca could survive from childbirth. Somehow I can't imagine her baby surviving either in the zombie apocalypse- Without milk and the degree of care a newborn needs. The group really wouldn't be able to protect it either. Imagine the whole group hiding out from a herd of walkers, only for the baby to cry and alert all of them to their location? *shudders*

    there could be some tough choices involving the baby, and I think that it will end up surviving - very likely at the cost of Rebecca's life. Whoever is left will have to make some tough choices about the baby and whether it would be too much of a risk. If that storyline was followed, it would just be so incredible.

    It'll probably be another time skip and Rebecca and the baby will be dead, I highly doubt there will be a baby in this game.

    People can survive birth without medical care... I think Rebecca will survive it.

    Perhaps not just medical care, but... I imagine her giving birth at a time when they are especially at risk of zombies coming after them. Labour screams/ baby's screams could definitely alert them. The group might need to be on the move asap, and perhaps this might be too much for someone who has just given birth.

    There are a number of ways the baby issue could be handled. It depends on how prominently the writers want to focus on the it. Keeping in mind we still have to cover finding Sarah and the fallout from Carlos' death, Sarita's bite, and who knows what else went wrong during the escape. Not to mention whatever they have planned for Luke and Kenny (and hopefully Christa). Plus the 90 min./ep trend is going to limit what they can focus on.

    Whatever they have planned for the baby I hope they can do it in a way that it doesn't just come off as a plot device. It would be nice if both mother and child survived and that becomes the unifying element for the group.

    It's hard to speculate, but I think it will be either Rebecca lives baby dies or baby dies Rebecca lives. I don't think both will survive, the fourth episode will problably go into a darker direction so I don't think there's to much happy endings for the group.
