Have we seen the last of Lily?

When Lily was either left behind or she stole the rv, what do you think happened to her?
I think she drove to Wellington (is it far from were they where?) and people who were there probably from the military decided she should be leader? Maybe if the group reach Wellington they will meet up with Lily and maybe Christa might be there (wasn't it Christa's idea to go to Wellington?)
What if Lily saved Christa from the bandits and if Lily isn't the leader they could of gone up together as best friends. (Like Andrea and Michonne from the TV series when they went to Woodbury, RIP Andrea)
What do you guys think?

    I don't know about lilly. we might see her but the possibility's are so low. its like 1/1000

    But I think we will se christa again. Maybe even molly. For some reason I have this strong feeling molly's coming back. I don know why.

    It would make less sense then Kenny's return.

    Kenny: "I got lucky. Real lucky."

    Christa: "I met this girl you knew like 2 years ago and we became best friends and she saved my life."

    And then all unknown characters from season 1 come back and reunite and have a party and shit.

    No offense, but I honestly don't think they need to bring back Lilly, just confirm that she's dead or something so we can have closure.

    Yeees i would love that, I think they definetly are planning something for her as you clearly didn't see her die or something. Lilly was an awesome character (even though I hate her for killing Carley) and it would add some real tension between Kenny and her if they met.

    There's always a chance. We thought for sure Kenny was dead. But, he got "Real lucky."
    In my game play, after Lilly shot Carley I kicked her out. I doubt she could survive that long on foot.
    But, anything could happen.

    I soooo hope she is alive and will be back. I no we aren't going to see her next episode but i do hope that she is back in episode 5.

    She could be the next antagonist. Imagine pitting clem against someone from her old group. But i doubt it. I do however believe that we will see her again. She was popular enough.
