I like his reaction when Clem told him she was thinking about dropping a hammer on his head. I love the look on his face when I choose the "Uhh, that's nice," option.
I kept the arm. I knew it was already too late for him, a long time had passed since the bite. in that moment my biggest concern was to finding Clem before Lee starts turning.
This cute moment:

I most remember Lee falling and slipping down to the floor a lot. I think his finest moment for me was him teaching Clem how to shoot. He took something serious and kinda made a game out of it.
