Youtube let's play got copyrighted

edited May 2014 in The Walking Dead
So, I've been doing a LP/Walkthrough of the walking dead for all of the three episodes, and for some reason - one single episode matched third party content.

- The scene that was described as copyrighted had no music, no background noise, nothing but the game. Bill or "carver" was telling clementine that "Killing one in order of saving many is part of survival"

Why did this match third party content? (It means I cannot monetize it, and if the copyright owner decides to remove my video, I get a copyright strike - which is really bad)

What should I do?

I think I got that before ages back. It's so they've been made aware the footage has third party content in it [as in it's come from a game or something] but I'm not sure it means that'll be taken down. But you'd have to ask someone else on that because I don't use youtube for much in uploading vids like I used to.
  • You know, its Youtube.
  • I mean, I guess it's a quote of some sort, could that be copyrighted?
