This is where the dinner table talk came into play, or at least I think. As soon as he says "That girl's already seen more than you can imagine." Luke quickly, off the bat, says "Shut your mouth, Bill!". Does this hint back to the talk you had with Luke at the dinner table? Considering you told him about your past, ect.
