Most Popular Questions: Why would TT kill off Carlos knowing he's the only Dr. in the group?

Why would they kill Carlos off knowing he's the only Dr. in the group? Now they have to depend on Clem to deliver the baby and patch people up. Christa only taught Clem how to patch herself up not deliver a baby if she has to. So with the Dr. gone how will Clem's group survive? Especially who will be able to help Sarita deal with her cut off arm or zombie bite? Clem's traumatized by what happened to Sarita so I doubt she'll want to operate on her...

  • Thats sort of the point without a doctor they'll have to struggle through the procedures.
  • The plot.

The plot doesn't discriminate by professions, it just slaughters you anyway.
  • Carlos is kind of the death that sets a lot of things in motion:

    - Obviously, his death broke Sarah, and now she's missing.

    - His death means that there's no one qualified to help Rebecca during labour.

    - His death means no one can help Sarita with her bite/lack of arm.

    - His death means that Kenny's health might deteriorate.
  • On the upside, with Alvin gone they won't have to struggle for food anymore.

  • sorry bro, idk how it happened lol

  • Exactly because of what you wrote in your post. The Doc dying sets a lot of things in motion, and it leaves the group in an even bigger mess than they already were in.

Because they are setting up Clementine to help Rebecca delivering her baby. As if Clem hadn't done everything already. Why not add child delivery too, right?

Carlos was a dead man walking the minute Sarah's "cease to function" issue was brought up. Everybody I spoke to agreed as far back as Episode 1 he was a dead man walking just because it needs to trigger Sarah inevitably going off the deep end.

Also being a medical professional in The Walking Dead 'verse is like wearing a red shirt.

Well really, you don't actually know if Clem doesn't know how to deliver a baby. Whenever/If Christa gave birth to the unknown baby, maybe Clem helped her? Who else? Unless they found someone to help and that person was never mentioned because they died soon after. But if Clem helped her, I'm not saying she has years of training xD But I'm saying, she'll know what to do. You know? She won't be completely clueless. Because lets be honest, it WILL fall on Clementine to help Rebecca with the baby. Maybe even deliver it.

  • she sure started working as a substitute doc by removing kennys eyepatch in teaser
  • Maybe Christa did show Clementine how to deliver a baby... Christa's baby.
