My friend came up with the idea that Sarah has some sort of illness and she told me to post it in here and see what you guys say. So, what do you guys think? Does Sarah have some sort of illness or is she just over-protected?

    I wasn't sure what to think when I first met her, but after Episode 3 I've come to think that she's just very sheltered and dependent on her dad. She's very sensitive and prone to panic attacks, but I don't think she has an illness.

    She's just extremely sheltered. Now that Carlos is gone, she's going to have to toughen up a bit, and I think Clementine will be the one to show her how.
    If she doesn't kill herself first, of course. I'm pretty sure she will.
