Error regarding killing one of the farm brothers

I killed Danny, but in the intro after using the save from season 1 into season 2... it shows that I spared Dannys life... anyone else experiencing this? That seems from what I can see the only error. Else every conversation... Clem's memories... and the memories of Kenny seems to be right, but still... killing or sparing Danny is quite different...

    Maybe you got the names mixed? Also isn't that good if you choose to spare him instead of killing him?

    No... I'm pretty sure I killed Danny with a haystack... and in the intro it shows I spared his life...

    Unfortunately the game only tracks you either:

    - Killing both Andy and Danny
    - Sparing both Andy and Danny

    It's a (known) glitch that has yet to be fixed :(
