A what if question.

If a fully developed baby comes out dead will it still turn? This seems kinda horrific and may be what Christa or Rebecca will go through. I mean dead while in the process of being born not a death after the birth.

    Doubt it would be comfortable for the pregnant/delivering mother, but probably not much else. With no teeth and very weak muscles, even a zombie baby (can't really call them walkers...bad joke :/) couldn't do much besides weakly gum the mother or kick/punch and weak grabs. But since developing babies and newborns already do those anyway...

    I think the big thing in that situation would just be Clem/whoever overcome any aversion to shooting a baby sized human in the head. Not a bad game scenario--increase the tension and emotions of all but the most unfeeling of people without any actual danger on its own.
